At Aelfric Eden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for unworn and unwashed products.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
